Do you offer same day gazebo hire on the Gold Coast?
Yes. For urgent bookings we can often deliver and install on the same day, depending on availability and location. Get in touch and we will fast track your request.
Can I book a gazebo for a beach or park location?
Absolutely. We regularly install gazebos and party tents in public spaces such as parks and beaches. Just make sure you have permission from your local council or event organiser.
What sizes do you offer?
We stock a full range from 3×3m to 3×6m, plus combined modular set ups that join into one continuous covered space. Perfect for backyard parties, markets, weddings and more.
Is set up and pack down included?
Yes. We handle full delivery, set up and collection so you do not have to lift a finger. Everything is installed professionally and safely by our team.
Do you offer discounts for longer hires or multiple gazebos?
Yes. We offer custom pricing for multi day hires, bulk orders and recurring bookings. Tell us what you need and we will tailor a quote to fit.
What furniture can I add?
We work with major furniture partners across the Gold Coast to supply premium event furniture, including wooden trestle tables in circular, rectangular and banquet styles with matching timber chairs.
Do you supply lighting, bars or decorative extras?
Yes. Mobile bars, festoon lighting and full fairy light ceiling nets inside the tents. Functional or atmospheric, your set up will look the part.
Can you provide glassware, crockery and serving equipment?
We can supply everything from glassware and plates to cutlery and serving trays. Ideal for weddings, long lunches and private dinners.
Do you offer premium or bespoke set ups?
Yes. We cater for high end events that need custom furniture arrangements, decorative styling or branded experiences. If you have a specific look in mind, we will bring it to life.
